How Item Upgrade Has Transformed My Life The Better

From WikiHikmah

Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. The item is swapped for another similar one with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on the equipment that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment in three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that melee and weapons while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To make them, you need a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains in the space until the next success result is repeated. This lets you save upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they are open they will display a complete description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

During an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can last between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item upgrader mod.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item. It's a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several ways to obtain them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgraded level. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at one time. Additionally each upgrade item component will require a specific amount of items to be applied in addition to an appropriate amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can place equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when is a player has enough resources will initiate the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the Best item upgrade will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item upgrader kit vary depending on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item upgrader it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" however, increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of that item, the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory after you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how close you are towards finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
