The ability to upgrade items allows players to improve their weapons and equipment with new affixes that boost its stats base or adding additional perks. To upgrade items, players must have the item in their inventory and have access to the kiln.

Items with weak bases, like rings, can be upgraded into stronger bases. Items with strong bases, like Titans from eth, have no changes in their stats.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors trinkets, weapons and gathering tools. They can be used as an attribute bonus, or additional effect, when the equipment is in use.
