Identifying candidates

A person is a candidate for Philosopher Kingship if and only if he is exceptional by ranking in the top percentile relative to their informational environment on the following metrics:

  • Cognitive power
  • Strategic intelligence
  • Normative leadership
  • Institutional design
  • Charisma & social coordination
  • Moral reform capacity
  • Visionary synthesis
