Identifying candidates
A person is a candidate for Philosopher Kingship if and only if he is exceptional by ranking in the top percentile relative to their informational environment on the following metrics:
- Cognitive power
- Strategic intelligence
- Normative leadership
- Institutional design
- Charisma & social coordination
- Moral reform capacity
- Visionary synthesis
