Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations used.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment into three aspects that include physical power, magical power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates the item upgrades to a better quality. To make them, you need an upgrade level token to reroll. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next Success is rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop can trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones which increase the value of an item upgrader mod by improving its stats or attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not affect the item's longevity. The system is an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to obtain them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally, players can break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process can continue until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at once. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be used and a minimum amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.

An item upgrades of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item upgrade is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum level that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for the track will be offered at discounts.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to provide an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium along with a number Upgrade tokens.

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it cannot be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item's statistics.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
